Poozaa accepts replacements within 14 days after receiving the returned item. Our customer service team will review the case, and if approved, we will send a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case. Poozaa reserves the right to deny any return request.

If the consumer has paid for the purchase, they do not need to pay for return shipping. However, if the consumer received free postage with their purchase, they will need to bear the return shipping costs.

Order Placement:

Registration is not mandatory before placing an order. You can check out as a Guest. However, you will have the option to create an account at the end of your order if you wish.

Order Modification or Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Missing/Defective/Incorrect Items:

If there is an issue with your order (missing, defective, or incorrect items), please fill out and submit the online return request for resolution.

Payment Methods:

We accept credit cards and PayPal for online payments. You will be directed to the PayPal login page for PayPal payments.

Order Status:

Log in to your account and click on "My Account" and then "My Orders" to check the status of your order. Click "View Order" for detailed information.

Order Cancellation:

Occasional inventory shortages may lead to the cancellation of one or more items. If this happens, you will receive a cancellation email, and a refund will be issued for the unshipped item(s).
