Return Policy:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review the following return conditions:

  1. Unused and Original Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as non-returnable and free gifts are not eligible for return.

  3. Authorization Required: Ensure that proper return requests are submitted before sending back items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for return packages.

  5. Double-check Returns: Before shipping your returns, please verify that the items are from Poozaa. We are not liable for the return of non-Poozaa products. Please note that original shipping fees and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Return Address:

Please contact our Customer Service for the nearest return address. Do not use the address on your package, as it is not our return address and may affect return processing.

Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or produced, and a full refund will be issued. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Returns:

Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and no restocking fee will be charged.

For size-related issues, exchange services are available, and customers are only required to pay the corresponding exchange fees.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For credit posting inquiries, please contact the card-issuing bank.

Late or Missing Refunds:
